my oral presentation skill diagnostic shows that i am still developing in some areas like "speaking is fluid with minor lapses" and "demonstrates eye contact","demonstrates some control of body posture and hand gestures", and "presenter's energy,and/or affect are usually appropriate for the audience for the purpose of presentation, with minor lapses". I am proficient in some areas as well, like "Demonstrates a command of clear and audible voice". and i think i am advanced in one aspect, which is "speaking is consistently easy to follow.
